Who knew getting stranded could be a blessing. 6am middle of nowhere, I feel like my world is over and here comes this dude named vic to save my life. From saving me an arm and a leg on a mechanic, to taking time out of his schedule to not only help me fix my car but teach me along the way... and his wife shes Pretty awesome as well. Made me a ham sandwich while we worked, took me 30 miles out of the way to get parts, and took me for a lil offroad fun on the way back! I will definitely be breaking down here again. Btw car runs better now then when I bought it! Thanks again vic and tammy!

Man oh man big D's you guys saved me and my family you guys are really really amazing God bless you and your family and your family business if you guys already haven't went very far with it I'm sure you'll be there soon. If anybody ever needs a towing company to go well above and beyond their job without even asking them or expecting it big D's you guys are amazing. My family and I would have not been able to get our fifth wheel without you guys I got to say I haven't used any other towing companies especially cuz they're well overpriced compared to big D's but if I have a choice and they're in the area I would use only their company for my services. My family and I greatly appreciate you and your family you have made a difference in mine. I think you guys should be #1with the BBB. And if I wasn't in a hurry and I had to wait for that week for somebody to be available there I would do it because I know it would be the best choice I could make with any towing company anywhere big big shout out to you guys once again thank you very much amazing amazing people. God bless you your family and your business may you guys prosper with every minute and every second and every day. Before anybody toes anything it's just my opinion but I suggest always always look at your price options because their price they wanted three and everybody else wanted five to $1,000 for only 20 miles at most. We also greatly appreciate every bit of your guys's time.

While towing a trailer a wheel sheared of of the studs and I lost a wheel. I stopped just prior to the rear wheel shearing too. A call was placed to a tow company and luckily for me, Victor from Big D towing arrived. He was able to remove the hub from the front left axle and placed it on the right rear axle so I could limp on home. Not only did he get me rolling again, he followed me to make sure I made home, this happened about five miles from home. Oh yeah, he did this repair at 3 in the morning!!! What a knowledgeable and talented guy. Other towing companies just wanted to winch the trailer up which would have caused significant damage. Am I glad that Victor has the knowledge and skills to perfysome roadside mechanical work, he is awesome. Thank you for your help Victor.
